In the heart of Montalbano,
where the Tenuta Cantagallo estate extends for 500
a., between grapevines and olive yards, we have restored
an old farmhouse respecting original Tuscan styles
and building materials, but with modern standards
for services and comfort. The farmhouse lies on the
top of a hill, hence the name Tenuta Cantagallo, the
place where the rooster first saw the dawn and sang
to the new day.
From the yard in front of the farmhouse you can enjoy
the breath-taking view of the old castles and towns
of Capraia and Montelupo Fiorentino, renowned for
the artistic ceramic production since the Middle Ages.
